  Quality Assurance

Accelerated Learning

Accelerated Learning (AL) is a practical process of training, which enables the trainer to accommodate significant differences in learning styles automatically within a single session.

It provides a framework, to ensure that each individual absorbs the learning readily, and then as a result will make behaviour changes.

Courses are characterised by low stress and high levels of enjoyment and interactivity. Information is presented in a variety of ways, so that all learning styles are covered. People being taught using this method will recognise their capacity for learning and are often more self-confident and motivated.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence (EI) refers to the learned ability to control our emotions so that they work for us, not against us. It appeared on the organisational horizon in 1998, being introduced to the business world by Daniel Goleman. EI has been labelled “A Different Way of Being Smart”. To become “emotionally intelligent” we have to develop and balance our INTRA-personal (own self awareness) and INTER-personal intelligence (awareness of others).

Neuro-linguistic Programming

You could think of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) as an owner's manual for the human mind. It's the study of how we think, feel and behave. It’s driven from an intense curiosity about how human beings get the results they do. It’s a method of understanding what drives us to carry out habitual behaviours which used to be helpful to us; how to adapt, reduce or eliminate them to suit our changing situations.

Coaching

Coaching is unlocking a persons potential to take responsibility for maximising own levels of performance.  It is helping them to learn rather than telling them. It is a set of tools making use of the power of silence, insightful questions, intuitive listening and challenging current perspectives to assist an individual toward a defined work-based target.  Ideally in coaching, there is no “telling” only facilitating and supporting.

Mentoring

Mentoring is very closely linked to coaching. It maximises a similar skill set with one key difference – “telling” in the form of advice is expected. A mentor will have a level of expertise in the main context of the situation. They are there to help guide and support you from a position of experience. Mentoring is much more effective if carried out with a “coach approach” – letting the individual explore the possible options and take responsibility for the results.

Blended Learning

This approach to development maximises the impact of the learning by using a variety of training methods to ensure the key knowledge is imparted, explored and transferred. The methods can be a mixture of face-to-face training, action-based learning, computer based training and so on.

Standards

All of our programmes are rigorously tested prior to launch to ensure they meet and exceed our own high standards. Additionally, we employ a thorough continuous improvement process to enhance and fine tune each and every programme in our portfolio. As a result, we have every confidence that whatever programme you choose, it will meet or exceed any standards you require in your workplace or your professional development.

If you have a specific requirement to meet a defined standard or level of compliance, please contact us to discuss how we can meet your needs
